‘IF YOU CAN SEE IT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT’

Hey friend,

In the online space there are two truisms that you need to be aware of.

1. You’re now available to hire worldwide. That means there’s millions of clients for you.

2. You’re now available to hire worldwide. That means there’s millions of competitors for those clients.

Both true. But here’s the thing. If you want to deliver your very best work how many clients do you actually need?

And if you have your core programme priced at anywhere from £1k-£10k (depending on skillset and niche) how many do you want or need to sell each month to make the impact and income you desire?

3-5? 5-10?

The easy answer, it’s not millions!

And to cut through the noise in that online space you absolutely must go super tight with your offer to be noticed. You’re not the local fitness or business coach anymore. You are the person that delivers XYZ programme and solves ABC problem for people, under ‘Brand X’…

You get my drift…

My advice to all my business coaching clients, many of whom run 6, multi-6 and even some who run 7 figure coaching businesses is this:

• Begin by creating a highly empowering programme that delivers a really clear outcome for one person.

• Spend time and effort marketing and promoting this offer, get it to the numbers you need and if you want to you can create more offers after that.

Doing it this way means you get really well paid for delivering your best work.

And listen this is not for everyone. Lots of people want a simple coaching relationship, with a time for money exchange and that’s fine. (I’m talking both coaches and clients).

And if that’s you, i’m not your coach.

But there are some people who want a really clearly defined outcome and are very prepared to invest big money to get it. They are in too much pain to not.

There are clients for everyone, especially when you go narrow.

Like Craig who 4x’d his fees after working with me.

Like Emma who launched from zero online and sold in the thousands within hours of launch.

Like Andy who sold out his coaching and now has a waiting list.

And many many more.

The clients are out there, you just need to create the programme and build the system to reach them.

And not be afraid to hold your nerve, coach with courage, and say no to the wrong people.
