BB# 34: 3 things that are really working for coaching businesses in 2025

Anyhow thinking about my clients and what’s working a few things spring to mind:

1. Community: My clients are building powerful communities. Serving people (before being paid) and then booking calls. One client has done £30k in two months this way.

2. Partnerships: One partner can change your business. I’ve had partnerships that generated hundreds of thousands per year for my business. It doesn’t matter how big or small, one partner can do all the selling you need if you pick the right one.

3. Leaning into Leadership: We are not coaches we’re leaders. To the people we serve we are leaders who take them to their destination. Lean into that. Be bold, give people certainty. In 2025 people are looking for definitive answers from you. Be that person.

There’s lots more, in fact every single week my clients surprise me with the cool things they bring to the table in our calls, but these are some powerful trends emerging.
