‘IF YOU CAN SEE IT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT’

Hey friend,

Last month I had a visit from world class performance coach Craig White.

Leading the performance for top teams such as Leicester Tigers, Wales Rugby and many others Craig now works with leaders and individuals that want a step change and need help to make that happen.

He has a great client base but like most coaches is driven by making a bigger impact, challenging himself and growing a world class business that gives total freedom. The design and build of that system really was the agenda of us working together.

Craig is all over the world, travel is a core value for him. So the system had to be feasible to do remotely without the demands of being in a specific place (or even zoom) at a specific time.

We developed a way for him to showcase his coaching. To really give people an amazing experience and transformational change before they become a client.

The best way to sign great clients is to show them what you can do. Then it’s simply a matter of enrolling them.

We developed a marketing and client enrolment system that allows him to do what he does best…coach people.

And just this last week I had a message from Craig to tell me he’s signed his highest paying client of all time…

How much? I hear you thinking…

Well look i’m not going to give figures, but I will say that it’s a sum larger than the average UK salary.

And without doubt the impact of helping this type of client will impact many hundred and thousands of others in the process. So it’s fantastic to be able to work with that type of client.

When you sign these clients they bring out your very best work. You get value back from them, and you get referrals, growth and real impact too.

Here’s three core takeaways from this for you to apply if working with seriously high level clients is an objective for you:

1. Give people an experience they will never forget before they become a client.

True performance coaching is delivering outcomes through experience. Changing people’s state of mind. You simply cannot solve the problems you have today through the same thinking that created them. You have to show that before they commit to being a client. Put the time in.

2. This is not about how many followers you have on social media.

It’s about increasing your circle of influence, your positioning, your authority…with the people that matter. It’s becoming a leader.

3. Have a system. A way to behave, a way to deliver, a way to enroll.

If you don’t have this you will not sign these types of clients. And it must be bespoke to you and your life otherwise you will find a way to self sabotage. I’ve seen it happen far too many times. You work with a guru and follow a paint by numbers approach which doesn’t fit your value set. Build a values focussed business for yourself.

Final point and I want to be direct with you here.

There are clients that will invest at the highest of levels to work with you. That will bring out your very best work, challenge you, and facilitate you building an amazing purpose driven life for yourself.

But only if you take the time to learn, upgrade yourself and think differently.
