‘IF YOU CAN SEE IT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT’

Hey friend,

Here’s how Emma built an online coaching company in 90 days that allows her to work with her perfect clients (endurance athletes) and she’s since founded an education brand and signed partnerships with industry leading companies.

Importantly all this was done without compromising her values and skill set, spending all day aimlessly posting on social media getting nothing back and not compromising on the clients she works with like 99.9% of coaches do.

She’d tried the classic ‘post and hope’ social media tactics and simply offering her in person coaching to people online. What did it lead to?

Crickets!! Literally nothing.

And what’s even worse that led to anxiety, paralysis (because nothing’s working) and a feeling of burnout and lack of belief.

Even generic business coaches had advised her to operate in this way.

Terrible advice. For three reasons.

1. Marketing to everyone literally means your marketing to NO-ONE.

2. Your in person services are almost always in-appropriate online and they most certainly do not stand out.

3. Working hard on your online presence is great, but if you’ve got the wrong strategy you’re literally moving away from your goals!

A smarter approach was needed. And that’s exactly why Emma came to me to make it happen.

What did we do?

Firstly we built a completely new programme and system together, in line with her values, her goals to move online, and specifically tailored to her perfect client.
Note: Not everyone should operate the same business model. You will sabotage this for yourself if you don’t design something that is in line with your values and your vision.

Then we worked on her marketing system. The system that attracts that specific person, in Emma’s case endurance athletes. I can tell you that this did not include any paid ad’s either.

And finally we worked on her enrolment system. How to open conversations with her ideal client, coach them, and then make the call if they are a good fit and enrol them in her programme.

You see when you approach things in this way you solve the exact problems your clients have and attract them to come directly to you for that solution. It takes some work but the results are totally worth it.

And now?

Well a crazy thing has happened. Emma is actually working with her ideal clients, online, and delivering her best work! Funny how that works isn’t it!!

In fact, literally hours after she’d re-launched she’d enrolled people into her programme which was in the thousands of pounds to get started.

Since then she’s signed dozens of online clients and has increased her income exponentially, she’s now in a completely different financial position.

And they are all getting great results because they are clients she can really help not clients that suck the life out of her and don’t want to pay!

She’s got a pipeline of clients waiting to work with her, and hundreds of prospects in her email database, in her online community and more. All from that 90 day phase of work we did together.

The biggest win without question is how she feels. When you have crystal clear clarity, you know what you need to do, and your work is so much more fulfilling that really is when you know you’re winning in life!

What does the future hold?

As I mentioned at the start she’s already launched an online education company that trains the coaches. These people will then be able to coach the clients she’s got on her waiting list.

And she’s also signed two partnerships with marketing leading brands that want access to her and her brand. This is one of the core strategies that I teach. Literally one partnership can unlock a years worth of growth for you if you get it right.

I fully expect her brand to become a genuine leader in the endurance coaching and education space. And go global in the coming years.
