MINDSET : 

Stop the endless scrolling. The hours binge watching. The mindless videos on YouTube or whatever else you’re using and do this instead.

Produce something of value for your people. Something that excites you that you want to contribute to society with.

Forget the money and the strategy for a second.

What’s the thing that you’d really enjoy producing? It could be a newsletter, a daily journal, a video, your own YouTube channel, a podcast.

Fundamentally your success, your personal fulfillment, your freedom will very likely be linked to this:

Produce > Consume.

And you might just enjoy it too.

MONEY:

The Anti - laws of Marketing for Coaches and Experts that want to sign super high value clients.

(Beware- this is very different to what is taught)…

Do not offer discounts. It simply devalues you.

Always have a waiting list. Say no to people more than yes.

Increase your prices 1-3x per year minimum. You can do this when you have a waiting list.

Deliver your best work for a very small number of people. Your very best work is only for a small handful of people. Stop trying to increase your instagram following and go and spend time with people that are at your very best work level.

Make those customers the stars of the show. Really look after them, create magic for them, put on events for them.

Stop trying to scale. That’s all we hear about on social media. Scale, scale, scale. Be unscalable and that makes you in demand in so many ways.

You might read this and feel overwhelmed. It’s too far away.

Or it might sound counter intuitive to what you’ve been taught.

So where to begin.

Very simply begin my making a decision to be that person who has the list above.

The biggest shift is in your message and marketing. Market your way to that position and do not give in.

When you’re looking for a house it has to have a list of criteria to make it right for you. You simply will not buy a house that doesn’t fit will you?

Be that way with your clients. Have the ability to say no. Focus all your efforts on your existing customers and work with them to create more just like them.

Give prospects unforgettable experiences. Give them more time.

If someone is going to invest 10, 20, 30k in your work are they worth half a day to explore?

Of course.

FREEDOM:

I’m taking a month off in August. We are traveling around Spain with the kids.

I haven’t taken a month off for a lonnnng time. My honeymoon in 2015 to be precise.

And i’f really looking forward to it. Because it’s an adventure. We haven’t booked a thing. We will just go with the flow.

Few days here, few days there. That kind of vibe.
