MINDSET : 

This week I finished recording by new performance coaching behaviours course. It teaches you the core behavioural traits that allow you to sign clients in the 10k-50k range.

Thing is, these breakthroughs are all about how you behave, how you act, how you communicate. Not marketing or social media stuff. Not tricks.

Ever thought about the fact that it’s not about posting more and banging the drum louder, it’s about who you are being that really matters?

How does the person who runs the business you want or has the life that you want behave on a daily basis?

Model that.

MONEY:

Don’t get sidetracked by gimmicks. You’re a skilled professional with an expertise that you’re extremely passionate about.

It’s easy to see the Facebook ad telling you how X, Y or Z new money making scheme is the next new thing.

It might be trading, amazon reselling, crypto, drop-shipping.

Let me tell you this. There are no quick fixes. Everything requires hard work and mastery.

But you’ve already done that with the work you’ve done already.

And very often what I find when I work with coaches is literally a few minor tweaks are what’s needed.

Normally in one of these four areas:

Your messaging, your offer, your pricing, your behaviour.

These areas when strategically altered can turn a struggling coach or consultant into a multi-6 figure company delivering real impact.  

So stop trying to find short cuts. Stop looking for the next new thing.

Master what you already have in place.

That’s where the gold is.

FREEDOM:

This week I experienced freedom.

My father turned 80, what an achievement. He’s healthy and flew over to spend time with me in Barcelona.

We went around the city, saw the sights, ate out, played with my children. I did very little work all week.

And I was able to do that because I prioritised it and have a business that generates leads for me.

Today when dropped my dad at the airport I had 3 calls booked in and signed two new clients for my programme. All automated.

It is possible. It’s not that difficult. Yes there’s some work involved but that’s a good thing.

You can do that if you want. Learn the system and ruthlessly implement it. get yourself to a place where you can have complete control over your schedule and income.

Don’t get pissed off at other people, channel your energy into yourself and your goals.
