MINDSET :
Both winners and losers have exactly the same goals. But what separates them?
It’s how they approach the task in hand.
How they show up every day.
How they manage the daily anxiety that whilst normal many people try to run away from.
How they get things done in spite of the obstacles life throws at them.
How they move forwards.
Every. Single. Day.
When the pain is too much to not do the work winners emerge.
Where are you at with that?
MONEY:
It’s about who not how.
The smart way is not to figure out how to do it, but to go and find the people who already know how to do it.
Who not how.
My approach when building my companies was to work with the very best people i could afford (and sometimes I couldnt).
Then absorb all of their knowledge and make it my own.
The Bruce Lee philosophy. Accept what is useful and reject what is useless.
The coaches, consultants and experts that are making massive impact and income are doing exactly that.
They’ve overcome their ego, accepted that they know their thing but they don’t know everything.
That they need help to bring it to life.
That is the smart way.
Who do you need to unlock your potential?
FREEDOM:
Coaching at a high level in my eyes is really communicating and leading.
People are looking for amazing leaders and those people have the courage to challenge, to take a stand, to speak.
But there is something else that runs through this.
Linked to, but different. And in my view it is the real fear.
And that is the courage to be disliked.
When you demonstrate the courage to be disliked by your clients, by your prospects, by your market place you become a leader.
And when you do that you also become free.
