This week is about three things that will change how you think, how you make money, and how you create freedom in your life.
• Be a white belt again. The thrill of learning, diving into something new, and giving yourself permission to explore without pressure can unlock energy and momentum you didn’t even know you had.
• If you want to spread ideas, whether it is a business, a niche, or a movement, there is a system for making it happen. The faster you apply it, the faster you build.
• Freedom comes when you remove people who are constantly against virtually everything. These people slow you down, drain your energy, and keep you from moving forward.

MINDSET :
This year I have been leaning into my passions. I started a YouTube channel focused on some of the things I love, watches, fragrances, lifestyle, cigars. It has been incredible to dive deeper into those subjects and share them with people. But beyond that, the real thrill has been learning how to create content that resonates.
When you start to lean in, you begin to see more and more opportunities in that space. And something amazing happens. The pressure is off. You are not expected to be the best, to be an expert, to have all the answers. You can enjoy the process of learning and improving.
So what would that be for you?
Maybe it is a new skill, a language, a project you have been fearful to start. Maybe it is an area of your current expertise that you have never fully leaned into.
The energy, the excitement, the forward motion that comes from stepping into something new is huge. You might not even realise how much you need it until you start.
Go and be a white belt again. It is one of the best things you can do.
MONEY:
If you have a project, a niche, a programme, or a passion you want to turn into something meaningful, here is how you get it to spread and get those first paying customers.
Step 1: Build the nucleus
Find a small core group that shares a desire. Maybe they are frustrated. Maybe they want affiliation and status. Maybe they are looking for a new way forward. The number is small. It could be three people. It could be eight. It is not going to be 200.
Step 2: Offer connection, status, and progress
This core group needs a sense of purpose and early wins. Evidence of progress is everything. It builds momentum, creates cohesion, and gives people something to believe in.
Step 3: Give them a way to talk about the work
People will not describe what you do in the way you would. And that is a good thing. Let them tell their own version of the story and make it easy for them to share. It could be a WhatsApp group. An online project page. Something simple they can send to others without effort.
Step 4: Create the likelihood of another win
Momentum is everything. People need a reason to take action again and again. Make it easy to keep engaging, keep progressing, and keep sharing.
Step 5: Establish new roles, status, and affiliation
Once the early milestones are hit, those first adopters become part of the movement. They are your ambassadors. They are your advocates. The more they identify with the mission, the more they spread the message for you.
When you’re communicating your project to people Seth Godin talks about using the phrase “this is happening, are you coming?” as opposed to “let me explain all the details about what is possible.” I completely agree.
That is how you get people on board and how you can grow the thing in 5 simple steps.
FREEDOM:
CAVES are people who are Constantly Against Virtually Everything. The ones who drag down energy, kill momentum, and always have a reason why something will not work. You do not want these people in your business, in your projects, or in your life.
Here is how you remove them.
1. Stop trying to convince them
Some people are committed to negativity. Do not waste your time trying to change them. Redirect your energy to those who are actually moving forward.
2. Raise your standards
When you demand a higher level of performance, energy, and commitment, CAVES either rise to the challenge or remove themselves. Either way, you win.
3. Limit their access
Not everyone deserves a seat at the table. If someone constantly drags things down, reduce their influence. Stop taking their calls. Remove them from key conversations. Keep them at a distance.
4. Focus on momentum
CAVES thrive on slowing things down. The best way to push them out is to build so much speed they cannot keep up. Action is the cure.
5. Build a culture of progress
Surround yourself with people who want to move forward. Who solve problems instead of creating them. Who bring energy instead of taking it. When the right people are in place, CAVES cannot survive.
Whether you want to move fast, grow big, and create real success, or simply you want more peace, more life, more fun, you have to cut the dead weight. Get rid of the people who are constantly against virtually everything.
Keep making it happen.
