How’s 2025 going for you so far, amazing I hope?

The three things I need to take you through today are:

  1. You are more than a ‘coach’.

  2. If you want more money work on these two things.

  3. The self care spiral.

MINDSET : 

Here’s some things I’ve seen to be true with many coaches out there.

The higher the price point the less ‘stuff’ you need to offer. People don’t want features they want you.

The more desperate you are the less business you’ll do. There’s a difference between being intentional, driven, and certain….and being needy.

In 2025 coaching is leadership and leadership is coaching.

People are looking for leadership and you need to lead.

So the question to ponder is this:

What kind of person would you follow? What are you looking for?

Model this.

Bring that leader into the world this year.

If you do you’ll become a magnet for people looking for that leader themselves.

Be that person first, then think about all the other stuff.

MONEY:

If you want more money this year get better at relationships.

Yes I know you’ve heard that before, but I mean realllly get better at relationships.

Make it a super strength.

Let me explain.

Very few things in this world are linear. Meaning you do X you get Y. Most definitely not coaching. We’re dealing with complex organisms here, remember.

It simply cannot be linear, yet what do most coaches look for? The blueprint, the system.

“So if post this many times I get this back right?”

But why are there well qualified coaches out there earning less than the minimum wage?

Because they were never taught something important….

If we want to be great at coaching, if we want to enroll amazing clients and deliver exceptional results we must use emotions as data.

Here’s some relationships that must be prioritised.

The relationship with your audience (yes you do have an audience, if it’s two people or two million people you have an audience).
Can you read what they want, how they feel? What they need from you? Are you actually listening or is this all something you’d rather not bother with.

The relationship with your prospects. The people you know you can help.
Have you picked up the phone to them recently? Are you serving them before they are paying you? Isn’t that actually what coaching is?

Who ever said the rule was you anoint yourself as a coach and then money appears?

No no no. We cultivate these relationships over time. We’re privileged to have them. Even when you feel you work so hard to ‘get’ them, you have to work harder to ‘keep’ them. We have to serve people before we get paid.

People are paying already, with their attention.

Here’s the good news, the blueprint you’ve been waiting for.

If in doubt, go closer and deeper.

More than you’ve ever been before with your audience, your prospects, your clients.

Going closer means you listen harder, adapt quicker, truly serve.

And then the data appears, through emotions.

Suddenly it’s like you’ve got the cheat codes. You know what to do, what to say, the game slows down for you.

Listen to the people that matter and you will be successful.

FREEDOM:

Self Care. In the form of whatever you choose. Might be movement, shopping, rewarding yourself, spa day, meal out, solitude. You decide.

Self care is also self love. Putting yourself first.

Contributing to increased self worth.

Which leads to confidence.

Moving to desired identity.

And social recognition.

Maybe status.

It’s an upward spiral that keeps paying dividends.

Whilst reducing stress and anxiety along the way.

The next time you are feeling guilty because you want to treat yourself.

Read this again.

And then do it.
