3 Things to Change Your Life…

This week is about three things that will change how you think, how you make money, and how you create freedom in your life.
The power of niche. When you commit to a specific niche, you do not need thousands of people. You just need the right ones.
Know your numbers. You do not need a massive audience to hit 20K a month in coaching. You need the right offer and a simple strategy to get in front of the right people.
Higher-value clients, better business, better life. A £500 client and a £5000 client operate in completely different ways. One moves with hesitation. The other moves with certainty.

MINDSET : REVISITING NICHE
Last week, I was in Milan, leaning into one of my passions, fragrances. Specifically, niche independently owned, artistic fragrance brands. (Call that a niche right!!)
I attended a VIP day with 20 people from around the world, each of whom had paid £500-£600 to be there. These were people from San Francisco, Houston, New York, Copenhagen, Singapore, Italy, Spain, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and more.
Every single one of them had flown thousands of miles at their own expense to be in that room. And all for a very specific niche, independently owned artistic fragrance brands.
Now, tell me that is not the power of extreme niche in play.
Tell me that is not the power of social media bringing like-minded people together from all over the world.
So whatever your niche is, think globally.
You do not need hundreds of thousands of people to make £20K a month in coaching and change your life. You just need to commit to serving the right people and doing it consistently over time.
MONEY: KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
You do not need a ton of customers to build an exceptionally profitable coaching business.
What you need is:
An offer worth thousands
If your coaching program delivers a valuable outcome, it should be priced accordingly. A £5,000 offer is not expensive if the outcome is worth far more to the right person.Clarity on your numbers
If your goal is to sell four £5K coaching programs a month (giving you £20K), you need 20-30 meaningful conversations per month.(This is my 1 conversation per day formula).
If you have 30 solid conversations a month and you convert 1 in 5, you will have 6 new clients every month.
A simple strategy for getting conversations
Your focus should be quality conversations, not mass followers.By combining social media, marketing, and organic content, you can easily bring more than 30 ideal prospects into your ecosystem every month.
This is not rocket science. But it does require consistency, courage, and clarity.

The difference between low-value and high-value clients is staggering.
A £500 client:

"What’s the refund policy?"
A £5000 client:
"Invoice paid."
"I also have some friends to introduce you to."
"Looking forward to getting started."
This is why you want to focus on high-value clients.
Better relationships. Better results. Better life.
