MINDSET : 

Say no to clients more.

Say no to prospects more.

Say no to people more.

The client is waiting to be challenged. Do it.

The prospect where something doesn’t add up. Turn them down.

The person where the timing is not quite right. Say no.

You are the most important person in your life.

And your time is the most important commodity you have.

Start valuing it and good things happen.

MONEY:

I am a big fan of Bitcoin and crypto currency.

Last month I did some research.

In 2019 when I sold my business I got a 7x multiple of profit as a valuation.

That’s good for an online courses based business.

A small business, owner operated will generally sell for around 1x profit maybe a touch more.

Over the last ten years Bitcoin has averaged a 2.9x multiple per year.

That’s too good to ignore.

It’s not a scam, institutional investment is flowing in. The Trump government are big supporters.

FREEDOM:

I watched my kids playing on their rollerblades this weekend. Lovely to see.

Nothing else is entering their heads whilst they are doing it, totally focussed on the task at hand and having fun.

Flow states like that are freedom.
