MINDSET : STAY FOCUSSED ON YOUR HIGH VALUE SOLUTION…
When you’re not getting the sales you want, there’s a temptation that creeps in.
You start thinking:
“Maybe I should offer something cheaper.”
“Maybe I need to simplify it so it’s easier to say yes.”
“Maybe I need a few options for people who aren’t ready.”
And before you know it, you’ve diluted the very thing that made your programme powerful.
Your job is not to create lower versions of your product.
Your job is to find the right people who see the value in the full version.
If you believe in your offer—
If you know it changes lives—
Then you owe it to yourself (and your clients) to stop trying to “accommodate” everyone and instead focus your energy on the people who are ready.
Don’t split your attention.
Don’t water down your impact.
Sharpen your message.
Embrace the conversations.
Stick to task.

MONEY: RETENTION IS REVENUE
I just got off a powerful coaching call with my business coaching group and one of the big themes was retention.
Let me remind you of a truth:
It costs 5–7x more to acquire a new client than to retain an existing one.
And yet most coaches spend all their energy chasing new business while neglecting the people already in their world.
Here are three retention killers and how to fix them:
High-Touch Drops to Low-Touch
Most coaches start strong—fully engaged, deeply supportive—then coast.
And when it’s time to renew, they go high-touch again and it doesn’t feel genuine.
Build high-touch into your normal rhythm. Make it the culture of your delivery.Failing to Claim Wins
If you don’t point out the client’s wins and how your support helped create them, they might assume they did it alone.
Whether it’s a mindset win, a money win, a habit change or a breakthrough—own it with them.
Celebrate it. Stamp your value into their story.No Future Seeding
If you wait until the end of a program to talk about what’s next, it feels like a sales pitch.
If you’ve been seeding the next phase the whole way through, it feels natural.
Assume the continuation. Speak in future tense.
“Can’t wait to build on this in the next phase.”
“You’re going to love what’s coming.”
Retention isn’t about tricks.
It’s about service, consistency and vision.
FREEDOM: WHAT IF FREEDOM IS JUST FEELING SAFE IN YOURSELF?
When people think about freedom, they often picture a financial number.
Or a location.
Or being able to do what they want, when they want.
But here’s another definition to play with this week:
Freedom is feeling safe in yourself.
Safe in your decisions.
Safe in your identity.
Safe in your values, even when the world is pulling you in a million directions.
Most people don’t feel that way.
They live in reaction, in comparison, in worry.
But what if your next level of freedom is about standing still for a second and remembering;
You’re already doing better than you think.
If you can lead with that energy this week, everything changes.
Keep going.
